The Five Ways Coaching Reshaped my Career

I always thought I could do it on my own. After all, all it takes is discipline, persistence and some research, right?

But when you’re working 60+ hours a week in a job that makes you deeply unhappy, motivation levels were low and I was incapable of making a rational decision because ANYTHING was be better than the job I had.

Statistics show that you’re up to 95% more likely to achieve what you want if you have someone who regularly checks in on you - and I was astounded at what I achieved in a short period of time, a different perspective gave me new motivation. It did wonders for my confidence, especially after the hammering it took working for psychopath and each time I lost out on roles.
